Problem Note 53144: The Limit Utilization report fails with the error "There are no project available for the given FIRMWIDE_ANALYSIS" in SAS® Risk Management for Banking

In SAS Risk Management for Banking, the Limit Utilization firmwide report fails with the following error:
ERROR: There are no project available for the given FIRMWIDE_ANALYSIS.
The report fails even if the necessary data exists in the SAS® Risk Reporting Repository (private/shared data, as selected in the Report Wizard),
